  • Non-smoking apartments

  • Towel service: fresh towels once a week (from 7 days), on request € 2 per item (towel, bathrobe)

  • Vacuum cleaner & broom on site

  • Up to 31 days = free of charge

  • 30 – 8 days = 50% of the stay

  • 7 – 1 day = 90% of the stay

  • In the event of late arrival or early departure, we will charge the entire booking amount (100%)
